Starting from Tuesday the 23rd November for 5 weeks starting at 7.00 P.M through ZOOM, I am offering this technique looks at our breathing technique and allowing us to come out of our head space and into our physical body. Each week we work on each chakra system, it is amazing when we actually allow ourselves just to detach from the world, we notice how much stress is stored in our physical bodies with each breathe we inhale the good positive energy with each exhale we release the unwanted energy
