Mindfulness

Starting 30th March 2023 at 7.00 p.m until 8.00 p.m for 6 weeks. This technique looks at our breathing technique and allowing us to come out of our head space and into our physical body. Each week we work on each chakra system, it is amazing when we actually allow ourselves just to detach from the world, we notice how much stress is stored in our physical bodies with each breathe we inhale the good positive energy with each exhale we release the unwanted energy. Mindfulness affords us the opportunity of just focusing on the now, that is all we have is the present day, tomorrow isn’t given to us yet, and yesterday is history what’s done is done
